Dr.D.Sivakumar is currently working as a Professor in the Department of CSE (AI & ML, AI & DS, and Cyber Security) and Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Cell at AMET University, Chennai, since November 3, 2022. I have over 28 years of experience in engineering, academics, administration, and research. Throughout my career, I have served as Principal, Dean, Professor, and Head of the Department at various Anna University-affiliated colleges.

I am an alumnus of Madras University, Annamalai University, and Anna University, Chennai. I have published over 256 research articles in refereed journals and conferences. I have also presented my research at international conferences in countries like Dubai, Bangkok, and Indonesia. Additionally, I have authored one book and contributed to over eight book chapters in national and international publications related to Computer Science and Information Technology.

As an entrepreneur, I founded the start-up "Anoria Syscoms", focusing on antenna design, development, and manufacturing. I have guided more than 11 Ph.D. scholars & guiding more than 8 scholars at AMET University, Chennai and serve as a doctoral research supervisor at Anna University, Bharath University, and Sathyabama University. I am also a doctoral committee member in these universities.

I have also published 14 patents, including two granted design patents and two utility patents in multidisciplinary domains.In addition, I have completed five NPTEL courses and seven online courses in Computer Science and Engineering. I am an active member of professional organizations such as IETE, IEEE, CSI, ISTE, IACSIT, IAEng, CSTA, and IET. I have also organized numerous workshops, seminars, and national & international conferences.

I have received several awards, including:

• Best Paper Presenter Award from the Computer Society of India (CSI Convention - "Digital Connectivity & Social Impact").
• Outstanding Faculty Award in Wireless Mobile Ad Hoc Networks for my research contributions since 2004.
• Award for Maximum Project Funding from the Central Government of India at Adhiparasakthi Engineering College (2010-2011).

I have secured research funding worth ₹18 lakhs from AICTE, SCST, and IET to conduct active research in wireless networks.
