SUMMER COACHING CAMP – 2017
Special Summer Swimming Coaching Camp for School Students was organized by the Department of Physical Education from 2nd to 9th May 2017 in the Campus

In this Summer Coaching Camp Basic Swimming and Life Saving Skills were taught to the School Students from Chennai. Around 110 Schools Students were registered and 88 school students were participated.
Registration was closed on 2nd May 2017 and the classes were started from 2nd May 2017 Afternoon from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
In Swimming the School Students were divided in to Six Category (Under – 8, Under – 10, Under – 12, Under – 14 and Under – 16 and Girls Students) and the Classes were started from 2.00 pm and finishes at 6.00 pm.
The Valedictory Ceremony of the Summer Coaching Camp was held on 9th May 2017 at 3.00 pm in ShriJanakiraman Auditorium. Dr. N. R. Ramkumar Welcomed the Gathering, Pro Chancellor Mr. Rajesh Ramachandran delivered the Inaugural Address and Col Dr. G. Thiruvasagam, Vice-Chancellor give away the Valedictory address.

Mrs. V. SangeethaAlbin, Director Administration give away the prizes for the School Students who participated in the Summer Coaching Camp. Dr. A. Manoj Kumar, Organizing Secretary, presented the Vote of Thanks. The function ends with the National Anthem.

Around 38 Schools Students were registered and 22 school students were participated.

Registration was closed on 2nd May 2017 and the classes were started from 2nd May 2017 Afternoon from 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
